Auditing the mechanism of control tours of food establishments, following up on health requirements related to food safety in terms of validity, signs of spoilage, corruption and storage method, labor-related violations in terms of health certificates, uniforms and personal hygiene, violations related to the general cleanliness of facilities, violations related to the building and equipment for practicing Activity, violations related to the license and the regulatory record, which may be a source of food spoilage and spoilage, and thus cause cases of poisoning to the consumer.
