The City Cement Factory, located in Murat Governorate, 135 km from Riyadh, started its work in the last quarter of 2007 with a production capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker per day, equivalent to 1.75 million tons of cement annually. The plant started its trial production in November 2007, Commercial production started during January of the year 2008 AD.

The comprehensive survey project and the development of the work of the health observer (electronic survey program), according to which a contract was signed with the Qassim Municipality in the period from 12/10/1436 to 11/04/1440 AH. Auditing the mechanism of control tours of food establishments, following up on health requirements related to food safety in terms of validity, signs of spoilage, corruption and storage method, labor-related violations in terms of health certificates, uniforms and personal hygiene, violations related to the general cleanliness of facilities, violations related to the building and equipment for practicing Activity, violations related to the license and the regulatory record, which may be a source of food spoilage and spoilage, and thus cause cases of poisoning to the consumer.
